Born in Chieti, 49 years old, Gianluca Nardone graduated in 1997 in Law at Teramo University, enhancing his academic skills with an MBA obtained a few years later at the Bologna Business School.
Starting his career in the Human Resources environment in the pharmaceutical and industrial automation and packaging sectors, Gianluca Nardone consolidated his professional experience in increasingly complex multinational industrial realities, landing in Procter & Gamble, Fater Group and SACMI Group.
Since June 2023 he has assumed the role of Chief Human Resources Officer of Carraro Group.
