Carlo Bertolini was born in Venice in 1965 and, after high school, he graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Padua in 1990. He began his professional career in a mechatronics company in the North-East of Italy, dealing with Process Engineering, Production Planning and Quality Control.
In 1998 he consolidated his experience in a leading company in the motorcycle industry, taking on roles of increasing responsibility in the Supplier Quality and Technical After Sales areas.
In Carraro since 2005, first as Plant Quality Manager in Agritalia and then with the same role in the parent company Carraro HQ in Campodersego, he followed a growth path that led him to become head of quality of the Drivelines Business Unit at the global level.
In 2017 he broadened his experience to Operations, as COO of Agritalia.
In 2020 he became Group Quality Director.
