Born in Bologna in 1971, Barbara Filippi holds a degree in Statistical and Economic Sciences from the University of Padua.
To complete her academic path she specializes with specific courses on Management Control at Fòrema in Padua and participates to the Executive Master STOGEA in "Administration Finance and Control" in Bologna.
After a first experience in the AFC area of Hiross SpA, in 1997 she joins the Carraro Group as HQ Controller. In this position, she oversees the Group’s budgeting activities, the definition, development and coordination of reporting as well as the implementation of BI, increasing her areas of responsibility over time until reaching the role of Group Financial Planning and Analysis Director in 2020 and consolidating her experience in the performance analysis and measurement across all corporate functions.
In September 2024 she is appointed Deputy CFO.
