Carraro and sustainability

We work to improve the lives of people and companies engaged in fundamental jobs for mankind

Sustainability at Carraro is part of the company's strategy. We work to improve the lives of people and companies engaged in fundamental jobs for mankind, such as agriculture and construction, sectors whose proper development is fundamental to improving the living conditions of mankind.

Our goal is to improve the lives of people who work with our tools, improve the productivity of their companies and enable sustainable economic development for the environment in which we live.

There are three macro-areas in which we undertake to implement our idea of sustainability:

  • economic, social and artistic progress of the communities in which we work;
  • environmental protection, both in terms of emissions and use of resources;
  • development of the local area;
  • workplace safety.

For us, sustainability is based on the five founding values that inspire our everyday work.

A dedicated team

The complexity of the sustainability policies and the international presence of Carraro require a management system committed to reducing the negative impact of its business activities and of the economic-financial situation.

International certificates

In our quest for continuous improvement, we have always had the goal of meeting the requirements of the best reference standards. We do so with attention to industrial production and the sale of products and to minimise risks in terms of environmental protection and occupational safety. Our commitment has been recognised, including by institutions, thanks to the numerous international certifications we have acquired.
