Compact Wheel Loader

New Carraro solutions for the Compact Wheel Loader

Counting on its long experience in compact loaders up to 9.5 t, Carraro today offers a new driveline for the upper range of machines up to 14 t, confirming its consolidated reliability and proposing a new vision of more performing and more environmentally friendly solutions and technologies.

The new generation 48.47 and 48.57 modular axles contain all the latest detailed technical developments, from the new generation low-friction seals, to the pilot bearings on the half-shafts, from the steering angle sensors integrated in the king-pins, to the protected wiring harnesses inside the castings, all variants of service and parking brakes with mechanical or electro-hydraulic controls,  and all differential lock solutions.

With regard to the transmission, the proposal is called THE (Transmission Hydrostatic Electric), a two-speed transfer box with synchronised automatic shifting (AMT) or power shift (PS). THE can be coupled indifferently to a hydrostatic motor or an electric motor.
