New outlooks for the Maniago (Pordenone) gear hub

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Regional finance company invests 3 million Euro

Campodarsego (Padova), 30 June 2010. With the goal of sustaining gear business development and in line with the actions set forth by the Carraro Group's three-year plan, the Shareholders' Meeting of SIAP SpA, a company specialised in producing gears and components located in Maniago (Pordenone), resolved a share capital increase today, for a total of 7.5 million Euro, increasing SIAP's share capital from 10,122,616 Euro to 17,622,616 Euro.
