Campodarsego (Padua), 7 August 2019 - Carraro S.p.A. announces that on 7 August 2019, the increase in voting rights took effect with regard to 20,700,673 ordinary Carraro S.p.A. shares, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the TUF and in application of the provisions of the Articles of Association.
In this regard, please note that:
- the share capital of Carraro S.p.A. is equal to 41,452,543.60 Euros and consists of 79,716,430 shares with a par value of 0.52 Euros each;
- Due to the doubling of votes that took place previously, the voting rights amounted to 91,054,018;
- from 7 August 2019, the right to the increase of the vote for 20,700,673 shares with a variation of the total voting rights from 91,054,018 to 111.754.691 has matured;
- In accordance with paragraph 8 of art. 127-quinquies of the TUF, the increase in voting rights is calculated for the determination of the constituent and deliberative quorums of the Shareholders' Meeting.
- 24,319,265 shares are entered in the Special Register of the Increased Voting Rights, and their increase is maturing.
