Si rende noto che, in data odierna, è stato iscritto presso il competente Registro delle Imprese di Padova l’atto di fusione per incorporazione di Carraro Germania S.r.l. in Carraro S.p.A. (la “Società”), stipulato in data 27 febbraio 2020. L’efficacia giuridica della fusione decorre dal 6 marzo 2020, data in cui è stata eseguita l’ultima delle iscrizioni prescritte dall’art. 2504 c.c., mentre gli effetti contabili e fiscali retroagiranno al 1° gennaio 2020. L’atto di fusione, trasmesso a Consob mediante il meccanismo di Teleraccolta, è consultabile sul sito internet della Società (www.carraro.com/it/investor-relations), nonché sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato eMarket STORAGE (www.emarketstorage.com)
