Campodarsego (Padua), 6 June 2017 – The new share capital structure of Carraro S.p.A., fully subscribed and paid up, following the total subscription of the capital increase resolved by the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 27 June 2016, is hereby announced.

Certification of execution of the capital increase pursuant to article 2444 of the Italian civil code was filed today with the Register of Companies of Padua.
