Carraro China Plant

In 2005, as part of an expansion process of the Group's global industrial platform, Carraro entered China for the first time, creating a production facility in Qingdao.

In order to better follow the evolution of the market, as well as local customers, the new Carraro China factory was inaugurated on October 17, 2007 in Qingdao.

Over the years this site has continued to leave its mark within the local market by working alongside the main Chinese OEMs and beyond.

In 2020, having left behind the pandemic emergency that the whole world has known, Carraro China was quoted by the local press as an example of responsible behavior by a multinational group that was able to take effective and timely action in prevention and protection of its collaborators by working closely with the local authorities.
