TCH90 SD - for telehandlers that are always ready to work

Carraro introduces the TCH90 Full Powershift transmission, specifically designed for machines with a longitudinal side-mounted engine layout in, such as telescopic boom handlers. This compact and robust unit ensures flexibility and high performance across various applications.

The TCH90 can be configured in two versions: four forward + three reverse speeds, or six forward + three reverse speeds—both within the same overall dimensions. It can be controlled either by a simple electro-hydraulic controller or by Carraro’s proprietary Transmission Electronic Control Unit.

The transmission architecture can envisage a Torque Converter Lock Up to increase system efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and respond more quickly to operator commands.
