A Record-Breaking Event for Carraro Values

Padova, March 22, 2025 – This morning, at the congress center designed by Kengo Kuma at the Padua fair, the event to share the new Carraro Values took place. The Italian employees of the Group were invited, totaling over 1500 people who, for the first time, had the opportunity to come together. The initiative was organized a few weeks after a similar event held at the Qingdao (China) headquarters and precedes the one being organized in the coming months in Pune (India).

"The new model of Values arises from a precise need, which once again has to do with our DNA: the need to change. Always, of course, respecting our identity. – stated Enrico Carraro, Chairman of the Group – Our challenge is therefore to keep in mind who we are. To have a clear understanding of our fundamentals. The day was structured into several moments of great involvement, with testimonials from management - starting from the CEO, Andrea Conchetto and the CHRO, Gianluca Nardone, and beyond. Several "value stories" were shared on stage. Special guest Mario Carraro, the founder of the Group, who was warmly welcomed by all participants.
