Carraro to launch new wheel excavator driveline
Munich, April 10, 2019 – At Bauma 2019 Carraro presents the new driveline for wheel excavators, featuring the new front & rear axles 26.38M with the new hydrostatic Powershift transmission FLS3.2.
The axles, available in steering and rigid version, suitable for vehicle gross weight up to 20 tons, are renewed with efficient and scalable modular architecture, completed with low loss digging brakes in the wheel hubs.
The new Powershift transmission FLS3.2, as part of the new Carraro Hydrostatic transmissions upgraded portfolio, is a dual speed single motor gearbox with SAHR parking brake integrated and engineered for wheel excavators, telehandlers and other Construction EquipmentVehicles.
Electronically-controlled, it allows full Powershift shifting combined with optimal driving comfort and a simultaneous reduction in power losses.
