Carraro Business School and Academy for Professionals
Our Group has always been human-centric
To properly enhance the human capital, the important training path started last year with the aim of involving all Carraro collaborators step by step, at all latitudes, continues successfully.
There are two parallel courses:
- Carraro Business School, conceived with Bologna Business School and dedicated to all white collars of the Group, focused both on technical issues (from finance to management control, from marketing to logistics ...) and on management themes (from leadership to people management, from negotiation to communication ...).
- Academy for Professionals, created at plant level to ensure the development of technical, product or process skills for the employees of the production plants, also with the aim of transferring knowledge from generation to generation.
A fundamental growth path for all of us.
