Transfer of the registered office of Carraro International S.E. in Italy

Campodarsego (Padua), May 2, 2018 – Carraro  International S.E. (“Carraro International”) hereby announces that today  Carraro International was registered in the Companies Register of Padua (Registro delle Imprese di Padova) under REA number PD-445723. Pursuant  to and for the effects of Article 8, Paragraph 10, of the Council  Regulation (CE) no. 2157/2001, starting from today, the transfer of the  registered office of Carraro International from the Grand Duchy of  Luxembourg to Italy is therefore effective and the new by-laws is  adopted. 

The new registered office is at via Olmo 37, Campodarsego, Padua.  Please note that, in any case, Carraro International has elected  Luxembourg as its home member state for the purposes of the Transparency  Directive.
