Campodarsego (Padua), September 3, 2019 – The dissolution of the Agriming Agriculture Equipment Co. Ltd joint venture was finalized last August. The transaction took place through the sale to Shandong Juming Machinery Co. Ltd of the stake held by Carraro International SE equal to 49% of the share capital. This communication follows the press release issued on July 30 by Carraro SpA and Carraro International SE.
