Campodarsego (Padua), 10 September 2020 - Carraro S.p.A. announces that on 6 September 2020, the increase in voting rights took effect with regard to 1,689,486 ordinary Carraro S.p.A. shares, pursuant to art. 127-quinquies of the TUF and in application of the provisions of the Articles of Association.
The total amount of voting rights therefore varied from 111,754,691 to 113,444,177.
