Campodarsego (Padova), November 16th, 2020 – announces that on 15 November 2020 the increase in voting rights for 21,629,779 ordinary shares of Carraro S.p.A. took effect, pursuant to Article 127-quinquies of the TUF and in application of the provisions of the Articles of Association.
The total amount of voting rights therefore varied from 113,444,177 to 135,073,956.
