Alexander Bossard is the Group’s new CEO
Already head of Corporate Planning strategic management
The Board of Directors of Carraro SpA, the global leader in power transmission systems, chaired by Mario Carraro, today appointed Alexander Bossard as the Group’s new CEO. In this role, Bossard will help guide the Group alongside Mario and Enrico Carraro, who retain their duties as Chairman and Deputy Chairman respectively.
In the context of a market experiencing a strong contraction and a difficult world economic situation, the new CEO's first objectives will be to relaunch Carraro's businesses and to identify and accelerate the operational plans already underway which are needed to complete the turnaround phase rapidly.
